Maintenance Requests
Requests for the following services must be submitted via the online work order system:
- New Locks and Additional Keys
- 1350 Broadway Building I.D. Cards
- Building passes to remove objects from the building
- Freight elevator reservations for after hours and weekends
- Plumbing problems
- HVAC issues
- Other
1350 Broadway Management Office Staff is available to assist you with maintenance of your office, such as painting, carpeting, hanging pictures, moving furniture or file cabinets, minor repairs, etc. If you require any such services, please submit your request via the online work order system. Please note fees may apply.
